What happens after you press send
PoliPrepHub is run by a small team led by one teacher, so every message is handled personally. When you submit the form, your message reaches us by email and a copy is also saved safely on the website, so nothing is lost even if an email is delayed.
We usually reply within a few working days. Genuine academic questions, corrections and permission requests are answered first. Messages that are only advertising or unrelated promotion may not receive a reply.
If your message is urgent or time-sensitive, please say so in the subject line and, if you like, add your phone number so we can call you during office hours.
Before you contact us
How do I report a mistake in a note?
Choose “Correction” in the contact form, paste the page address and describe what is wrong. We review every correction and update the note when it is confirmed.
Can I copy or share your notes?
You can read them for personal study and share a link to any page. Copying, republishing or using the material commercially needs our written permission. Send us a request through the form, and see our Disclaimer for details.
Can I suggest a topic or contribute a research paper?
Yes. We welcome topic suggestions and research collaboration. Send us a message with your idea or a short summary, and we will get back to you.
Can you tell me exam dates, results or eligibility?
PoliPrepHub is an independent study resource and is not affiliated with UPSC, OPSC, UGC, NTA or any university, so we cannot confirm official details. Please check the official website and notification.
How is my information used?
Your name and email are used only to reply to your message. We do not sell them. You can read the full details in our Privacy Policy.
