Through interactive discussions, mentorship and carefully prepared study materials, the aim is simple: help every learner master Political Science with confidence.
A focused learning hub for Political Science
Political Science is a wide subject. In a single semester a student may move from the ideas of Plato and Kautilya to the working of the Indian Parliament and the geopolitics of the South China Sea. Many learners struggle not because the subject is difficult, but because the material is scattered, out of date, or written without the syllabus in mind. PoliPrepHub exists to fix that.
Notes on this website are organised around six core areas — Political Theory, Western Political Thought, Indian Political Thought, International Relations, Political Processes in India and Political Institutions in India. The same topic can therefore be studied in the way your course or exam needs it, whether you are a BA student following the NEP syllabus, an MA student, or an aspirant preparing for UGC-NET, OPSC or UPSC.
The website is led by Brajabandhu Mahanta, an Assistant Professor who qualified UGC-NET and teaches Political Science. Articles are written to explain a concept clearly first — meaning, background, key thinkers and debates — so that you understand an idea before you try to memorise it. New notes are added regularly, and every subject page links to related topics so you can keep reading without losing your place.
PoliPrepHub is an educational resource. It does not replace your textbooks or the official notifications of examination bodies, but it is designed to make them easier to read, revise and remember.
